A Vibe Mobi representative will contact you at the phone number you provided above to collect your payment information directly. We will enter the information into Stripe on your behalf during the call. Please indicate your preferred call time below.
Online Payment Method Entry
Below, you will see a secure payment widget hosted by Stripe. Enter your credit card, debit card, or bank account information directly into the widget. Your payment details are sent directly to Stripe and are never stored on our website.
If you select a bank account (ACH), you will be prompted to log into your bank to verify the account. This is the fastest way to set up bank payments and is required for ACH authorization.
PAYMENT METHOD AUTHORIZATION (CARD-ON-FILE / BANK-ON-FILE)
By signing below, I, the undersigned authorized signer for the business named above (the "Dealer"), hereby authorize Vibe Mobi LLC ("Vibe Mobi") to retain my payment method on file and to initiate charges against it on a recurring or as-needed basis for amounts owed by the Dealer to Vibe Mobi under our dealer agreement, including but not limited to charges for SIM cards, wireless services, activation fees, equipment, and any other goods or services provided by Vibe Mobi to the Dealer.
This authorization applies to the payment method I provide via the Stripe payment widget below, or which I provide verbally to a Vibe Mobi representative during a scheduled phone call, including any credit card, debit card, or bank account (ACH) information.

This authorization is being executed electronically pursuant to the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN) and applicable state Uniform Electronic Transactions Acts (UETA). My electronic signature has the same legal force and effect as a handwritten signature.
