Online Payment Method Entry

Below, you will see a secure payment widget hosted by Stripe. Enter your credit card, debit card, or bank account information directly into the widget. Your payment details are sent directly to Stripe and are never stored on our website.

If you select a bank account (ACH), you will be prompted to log into your bank to verify the account. This is the fastest way to set up bank payments and is required for ACH authorization.

Authorization and Electronic Signature Consent

Please read the following authorization carefully before signing.

PAYMENT METHOD AUTHORIZATION (CARD-ON-FILE / BANK-ON-FILE)

By signing below, I, the undersigned authorized signer for the business named above (the "Dealer"), hereby authorize Vibe Mobi LLC ("Vibe Mobi") to retain my payment method on file and to initiate charges against it on a recurring or as-needed basis for amounts owed by the Dealer to Vibe Mobi under our dealer agreement, including but not limited to charges for SIM cards, wireless services, activation fees, equipment, and any other goods or services provided by Vibe Mobi to the Dealer.

This authorization applies to the payment method I provide via the Stripe payment widget below, or which I provide verbally to a Vibe Mobi representative during a scheduled phone call, including any credit card, debit card, or bank account (ACH) information.

I acknowledge and agree that:

My payment method will be securely stored by Stripe, our payment processor, and will be used only for the purpose of collecting amounts owed to Vibe Mobi.
For credit and debit card charges, transactions are governed by the rules of the applicable card networks (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover).
For ACH bank account debits, transactions are governed by applicable U.S. law and the Operating Rules of the National Automated Clearing House Association (Nacha).
This authorization will remain in full force and effect until I revoke it by providing written notice to Vibe Mobi at billing@vibemobi.com at least ten (10) business days before the next scheduled charge, in such time and manner as to afford Vibe Mobi and the payment processor a reasonable opportunity to act on it.
I am an authorized signer with legal authority to bind the Dealer and to authorize charges to the payment method I provide.
The payment method information I provide is accurate and the payment method is owned by or authorized for use by the Dealer.
I will be responsible for any returned-item fees, NSF fees, declined-card fees, or other charges resulting from insufficient funds, closed accounts, expired cards, or invalid payment information.
For ACH transactions, I have the right to receive notice of all varying transfers prior to debit; Vibe Mobi will provide such notice in accordance with Nacha rules.

This authorization is being executed electronically pursuant to the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN) and applicable state Uniform Electronic Transactions Acts (UETA). My electronic signature has the same legal force and effect as a handwritten signature.
