Getting Started
Vibe Mobi is a prepaid wireless service provider offering affordable mobile plans with nationwide coverage and international calling options. We use top-tier network partners to keep you connected without contracts or credit checks.

Yes! Most unlocked GSM-compatible devices will work with Vibe Mobi. Check compatibility on our website before activating. Please see our Best Practices for Unlocking your Phone to bring it over to Vibe Mobi.
You can select your plan at purchase or switch plans any time via Customer Service (1-833-377-1900) or your Vibe Mobi “My Account”. You can also visit a Vibe Mobi Authorized Dealer store.

Some plans include taxes/fees; others list them separately. Plan pages show complete pricing breakdowns.
You can purchase add-on packages or top up your plan. Speed may be reduced after data thresholds depending on your plan.

International & Roaming
Yes, many of our plans include international calling to Latin America and beyond. Check plan details or contact us for supported destinations.
Currently, Vibe Mobi is a domestic U.S. provider. Some plans may include limited roaming coverage in Puerto Rico and U.S. territories.
Devices
At launch, we primarily support BYOD. However, select partner stores may offer compatible devices. Stay tuned for device bundles.
Devices sold by Vibe Mobi are locked for 60 days after activation. After that, you can request an unlock if eligible

SIM Cards & eSIMs
A physical SIM card is a small chip you insert into your phone to connect to our network. An eSIM (embedded SIM) is a digital version built into newer smartphones. With an eSIM, there’s no need to insert anything — it’s activated digitally via a QR code or app.
- If your phone is older, you’ll likely need a physical SIM.
- If your phone supports eSIM, we will offer eSIM through Vibemobi.com. You will be able to input your device during enrollment to determine if your phone will take an eSIM.
- Power off your phone.
- Locate the SIM tray (usually on the side or top of your device).
- Use the SIM ejector tool (or a paperclip) to pop open the tray.
- Place your Vibe Mobi SIM in the tray — gold contacts facing down.
- Slide the tray back in and power your phone back on.
- Follow the activation instructions included with your SIM kit.
If you order from VibeMobi.com, we’ll ship your physical SIM within 72 hours (3 business days). Your SIM kit will include everything you need to activate and start using your service.
